Group Classes at ‘SAPIEN’ are targeted specifically for those who prefer training in groups than individually. Although in groups, the classes will still be curated with a regimen that matches the fitness scale of each individual in the group to an optimum level. Hence, the group count of each class will range from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 8 people per group. This is to ensure that a focused attention is given to each client in a group while a heap of vibe and energy boasts out of the systems!
